These terms apply to all contracts for hosting and web consulting services between Web Danışmanı and the customer.
The contract is concluded upon our confirmation of the order.
We aim for 99.9% hosting availability on an annual average. Maintenance windows are announced in advance.
The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. Billing is monthly or yearly in advance.
Contracts may be terminated at the end of the respective term.
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin where permitted.
